I’m sure there are things you could do to improve the steaminess of your oven beyond a pan of boiling water. But I suspect you’ll get the most bang for your buck by just covering the baking dish.
If you’ve never used a dough whisk, you may think the title of this post is hyperbole. I swear it really isn’t.
